As a mom of two, I didn't think I would ever be able to "get my body back." I just felt defeated and cried in dressing rooms. One day, a friend posted her transformation after her kids were a bit older. It gave me hope that I could change my body, too. And I did!
These are pictures of me, and I designed this program for beginners, as I once was. This program is designed for women who want to lose the weight, but don't know where to start. We discuss calories, goals, and get you on track. This change took some time, though the initial weight came off in about 3 months. (Still not loving that picture on the left, but this is my story.)

Build strong and sexy glutes for the beach or the boardroom. But really, great glutes help with posture imbalances, mobility, and balance. They also look great in bikinis. Best results if you have access to a gym. If not, there is some gear you will need. Calories and macronutrient plan included.

Online workouts through the workout app. I program both home and gym for your family, from age 11 and up! Fitness is fun together.
$225 mo./ 4-5 days per week/Online
San Diego is my home. I offer training packages for 50 mins at a gym. Starts at $70 per session. I offer military discounts to military-affiliated clients.
Online training means you need to download an app to your phone. In it, I have all the workouts for the package you purchased, based on your goals. The app is easy to use whether you're a digital native or are nervous about apps. I will guide you through it.
